Shaun 101 is already a familiar face on his records. Springle and Philharmonic, however, bring a different texture to the table.
The album itself leans on the producer’s range. He has worked alongside names like DJ Maphorisa, Focalistic and Uncool MC, so the guest list on XVI’s Diary should surprise nobody. Still, “Woza” feels like the loosest moment on the project, and that looseness works in its favour.
