OG Abbah and Mahraz Number 1 link up again on a fresh Arewa record called “Haba.”
The single landed in October 2026, and it keeps a partnership already in motion. This isn’t a random pairing thrown together for one track. The two acts have traded verses before, so “Haba” continues something both sides clearly enjoy.
Northern Nigerian sounds have been feeding the wider Naija mainstream for a while now, and records like this sit right in that space. The energy fits the region. Also, the chemistry carries the song, because both names know each other’s patterns well.
OG Abbah has built a serious catalogue over the past few years. His MALAFA EP arrived in December 2025, following singles like “Wayyo Allah Na” and “Maganganu.” Besides that, he has shared stages with Davido and Wizkid, a rare feat for a Hausa artiste.
Mahraz Number 1 stays visible in the Arewa space through moves like this. Meanwhile, the Arewa scene keeps pushing into the mainstream, one collaboration at a time.
