Zedrim and Geniusjini x66 link up on a fresh new record called “ZAWADI,” a Tanzanian single built on melody and rhythm. The track arrives on GeniusJini x66’s page with production credited to Jini x66 himself. It runs just over three minutes, so nothing gets dragged out here.
Both artists trade expressive performances across the song, and the contrast does most of the work. Zedrim carries the idea while Geniusjini x66 slides in with his own flavour. Besides, neither style swallows the other, which is rare on a first link-up.
Zedrim has been building steadily, with joint tracks like Naota alongside Dullax earning him real attention. His catalogue also touches other corners, including the NO LIMIT EP and work with Baddest 47.
“ZAWADI” means “gift” in Swahili, and the song leans into that meaning. It is about appreciation and affection, sung in Swahili for a regional audience. Yet the theme travels well because almost anyone can slot themselves into it.
