Muyeez steps back into the spotlight with a confident new single called “Standard,” and the energy is already hard to ignore.

The record lands as part of his debut album All Hail Muyeez, a project that traces his path from Abuja to the mainstream. This one runs just over two minutes, so it moves fast and leaves a mark. The writing centres on quality, ambition, and refusing to settle for less. That message lands clearly without feeling preachy.

Muyeez has been building steadily since his early EPs, and his connection to Seyi Vibez’s Vibez Inc. camp has kept him on the radar. He has also earned a co-sign from Olamide, which says plenty about where his career is headed. His blend of Afrobeat and Afropop keeps him relevant while his delivery stays sharp and intentional.

“Standard” works because it turns everyday motivation into something personal. That is a rare skill for a young artist still finding his footing.
