Nigerian singer and producer Soundz teams up with Iliana on a fresh collaboration titled “Tip Toe.”
The record lives on the “Becoming HIM” project, which arrived under AfroNext Ent LLC. Soundz handled production himself, crafting a relaxed, melodic soundscape that lets both voices breathe. Iliana slides in with a warm, complementary tone, while Soundz keeps things calm and unhurried throughout. Their chemistry feels natural, and nothing about the record feels forced or overproduced.
Soundz, born Samuel Idowu Oluwadarasimi, has been building a steady catalog for a while now. He moved through the “In The Rough” EP back in 2022 and followed with the “Fever” single the next year. He shifts between singing and production with ease, and his work alongside other artists keeps expanding his reach.
“Tip Toe” works because it does not try too hard. The beat stays light, the hooks stay catchy, and the whole thing lands somewhere between chill and memorable. That kind of restraint is rare these days, and it pays off here nicely.
