DeeYasso hails from Taraba State and has built a reputation as a versatile producer. He has worked on Chike’s “Boo of the Booless” album, which featured the hit “Running.” His range spans Yoruba folk, highlife, and reggae harmonies. He also picked up a Grammy nomination along the way.
Here, though, he steps forward as a recording artist in his own right. Syemca adds a different texture to his sound, and the chemistry between them holds the track together. It feels like a natural meeting of producer instincts and vocal control.
