Ckay, an established name in Nigeria’s music scene and a gifted musician has just released his first song and music video, an excellent piece called “Nwayi.”
This intriguing and remarkable work was produced in part by Ckay and in part by BMH, a gifted Nigerian music producer and audio engineer.
There are many possible translations of “nwayi” into English, but both “woman” and “lady” work. The latest album by Ckay is a continuation of his love stories.
So this spectacular song is a sequel to his prior breakthrough album, “Hallelujah,” on which he worked with Blaqbonez.
