“I rejected N7.2 million to endorse a candidate” – Actor, Uche Maduagwu claims

Controversial Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu, has alleged that he rejected a whooping sum of 7.2 million Naira offered to him to endorse a candidate ahead of the 2023 general elections.

The Instagram commentator stated this via his Instagram page on Wednesday where he claimed that he rejected a 7.2 million naira deal to support a different presidential candidate than Peter Obi, who he considers to be the best candidate.

He also confessed that he needed the money but he had to shun it because he was paid to endorse a candidate four years ago but the money was not of value to him.

In his words, he wrote:

“Yesterday I OBIdiently turned down 7.2 turned down 7.2 million Naira becuase I feel Peter Obi has a better Master plan for Nigeria future. I do not know if I go regret this because I sincerely need money. But then I asked myself all the money they paid me 4 years ago to supoort their candidate where e dey now?

Honestly, I am so SAD right now because all my celebrity friends Wey I tell this Laugh at me no be small, in fact, one actually said I need to go for combined Deliverance in church with angry looking Koboko for turning down such money, guys I am so confused and sad because I need MONEY, Abeg did I make the RIGHT choice? #obidient #2023election #asuustrike #bbnaijalevelup #share #nollywood #lekki #anambra”.
