“Lagosians should be granted free access to heaven” – el-Rufai laments about Lagos traffic (VIDEO)

Kadunna State Governor, El-Rufai wonders how Lagosians survive the stuffy traffic in the state.

Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai is a Nigerian politician who is the Governor of Kaduna State, in office since 2015.

He was previously the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory from 2003 to 2007 and the director of the Bureau of Public Enterprises. He is a co-founder of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC

In a video shared by Prime TV, the Governor was sympathizing with people who live in Lagos apropos the huge and busy traffic in the state.

He revealed that Lagosians who have lived up to 20 years should be granted free access to heaven.
