Mordecai keeps building on the chemistry he shares with JayJayy and NTK101 on “Cabanga Nje.”
The track arrives through Rapture Music Group, and it pulls together three names who already know each other’s habits in the studio. JayJayy and Mordecai previously worked together on “Di Kgomo.” NTK101, meanwhile, appeared on “Sunset in SophiaTown,” a cut from Mordecai’s Blondecai project.
So this is not a random link-up. It is a reunion with a new coat of paint.
Mordecai handles the production himself, laying deep log drums under jazzy chords. JayJayy and NTK101 trade their presence across the record, and the result stays warm rather than crowded. Fans had already picked up on teasers before the song landed.
What makes the pairing work is range. Mordecai moves between Amapiano and other sounds without losing his footing. JayJayy brings a different texture to the booth. NTK101 adds another layer entirely, and the three of them never fight for the same space.
