BenzooSA and Jeep Jack ZA link up on a fresh new record called “Weralang,” a seven-minute ride through deep log drums. It lands as one of the standout cuts from BenzooSA’s five-track EP, Aba Suke Lapho, released on September 9, 2024.
The track stretches past seven minutes and nine seconds, so the production gets room to breathe. Spacious chords sit under heavy percussion while rolling log drums keep the groove locked in place. Banele Benzoo is credited as the composer, and the record arrives through Amuseio AB.
Jeep Jack ZA slides in without forcing anything, fitting the underground direction BenzooSA is pushing. The two have linked before on “Ba kae” and “Strata,” so the chemistry is already there.
BenzooSA has stayed busy too. “Ama Jwala” and “Spekepeke” followed the EP, which keeps his name moving in the South African Amapiano space.
