6uff opens his new four-track project with “The Truth,” a record that arrives with real anticipation behind it. Fans have been waiting to see where the Anambra-born artist would take his sound next.
“The Truth” is the first song on IRON ORE II, the compact EP that follows his earlier IRON ORE project. Telz handled the production, while 6uff wrote the record himself.
He is not a newcomer. Real name Okwudili Onyeka Okoli, he works as a rapper, singer, and producer, and he is signed to Get A Stack Records. His Afro-fusion style sits somewhere between grit and melody, which explains why he keeps drawing serious features.
Odumodublvck, Teni, and Ajebo Hustlers all appeared on the first IRON ORE, so the bar was already high. On this one, 6uff leans into a darker, more reflective mood instead of chasing the same energy.
The writing carries weight here. He sounds like someone working through something rather than performing for a trend, and that honesty gives the track its pull.
