Lowfeye keeps his run going by linking with CowBoii on “Ngale,” a record built on deep bass and sharp percussion. The single lands under the Mfana KaMakhulu Ent label, with the pair trading space across a groove pulled from Afro House and Amapiano.

CowBoii brings his club-ready cadence here. Lowfeye answers with the street-leaning delivery that has become his signature. The beat does most of the heavy lifting though, and the arrangement leaves room for both voices instead of crowding them.

For anyone still catching up, Lowfeye is a South African rapper, singer and songwriter from the Qwellers camp. He has worked with Blxckie, LaCabra, Anzo and Lolli Native on his seven-track project Imibuzo. His catalogue also includes Nosange, UNoXhaka II and Mfana kaMakhulu.

The record also landed on Spotify’s New Music Friday South Africa playlist, so ears outside his usual fanbase are hearing it now. That placement makes sense because “Ngale” leans harder into dance territory than most of his recent output. It still carries his identity, yet the groove is doing something different.
