Mayonnaise Cebisa links with Nossy Spheh and GQIBU on a Maskandi record called “Nhliziyo Yami.”

The single landed on September 30, 2026, through Mayonnaise Cebisa Production. Amuseio AB handled the digital distribution, while Sihle Dludla composed and arranged the entire track. Mudemude Gumede also added Zulu backing harmonies, which gives the song extra vocal weight.

Fans already know Mayonnaise Cebisa from releases like “Ilo Nalo Nalo” and the UNAMA SHENDE EP. The artist also built a steady following around guitar-driven Maskandi sounds, and Spotify currently lists over 215,000 monthly listeners. So expectations were high before this one even dropped.

Interestingly, “Nhliziyo Yami” sits on the BAFUNA WENA project, a two-song set. The indigenous guitar strings carry that familiar South African character. But the added Rock influence pushes things somewhere slightly different. It works because the singers leave each other room instead of crowding the arrangement.
