Sfarzo Rtee and Mkeyz link up once more on a fresh Amapiano record called “Shona Khona,” with Sipho Magudulela on guitar. The song lands as the fourth track on Sfarzo Rtee’s twelve-track album, EMPINI, which arrived on October 15, 2026.
Mkeyz handles the vocals while Sipho Magudulela adds a distinctive guitar contribution. His strings give the record another layer entirely, because the guitar work lingers long after the percussion fades.
This is not the first time these names have shared a studio. Sfarzo Rtee has also worked with Mashudu and Sipho Magudulela on “Zikufanele,” and with Tracy and Mikey Ndlovu on “Uyabaleka.” So the chemistry here is built on familiar ground.
While the track sits firmly in Amapiano, it also pulls from the Private School Sgija style. Sfarzo Rtee’s jazz-influenced production meets Mkeyz’s smooth delivery, and the result moves slowly across six minutes and twenty-two seconds.
Distribution runs through Africori’s digital platform, and the song complements the wider EMPINI project as another collaborative cut. Is “Shona Khona” already on your playlist? Share your rating below.
