Stanley GS and Kenlight link up on a fresh new record called “Brotherhood”, a cut built on togetherness. The Nigerian Afrobeats singer born Stanley Erieogwe carries the lead lines throughout. Kenlight steps in as the second voice, so the theme sits right at the centre of the performance.
“Brotherhood” lands as track two on the Happy Day project, a four-song, eleven-minute set. The EP also holds “Happy Day” with LeeCent and a third cut called “Pressure”. Kenlight and Stanley GS have worked together before, and a Kenlight record with Stanley GS was produced by Rap Keyz Beatz.
Stanley GS keeps his catalogue moving. Earlier entries include the Fine Wine single and the Hustle single with LeeCent and Dynamic Captain, while LeeCent’s imprint carries a 2026 credit. That run gives him a collaborator to trade energy with here.
The writing leans on chemistry rather than a solo spotlight. Stanley GS handles the main lines, but Kenlight’s verse answers him, which suits a subject about two people standing together. Afrobeats fans who like call-and-response will notice the space left for that second voice.
