MickeyBlack and Vule C4 link up with IG Lunar on a fresh new Lekompo record called “Munwe Na Munwe.”
The single arrives under NV Productions, with Africori handling distribution across global platforms. Production credits belong to MickeyBlack and Vule C4, while IG Lunar steps in with a Tshivenda verse that carries the song’s local weight.
What gives the track its pull is the writing. The central line, “Munwe na munwe udo vhona nga zwawe,” speaks to the idea that everyone sees things for themselves. A TikTok preview built quiet buzz before the official drop, particularly around Thohoyandou and the University of Venda community.
For MickeyBlack, this continues a steady run. His Ufunani?! EP landed in 2024, followed by the Mutavhatsindi EP, plus collaborations with Mizo Phyll and TuksinSA. Monada has also tapped his vocals for “Ke Baby Waka” and “Popa.”
This track, however, reunites him with Vule C4 after earlier work on “Goliada” and “Mudini Wanga.” Songs rooted in everyday observation often travel further than anything built purely for the dancefloor.
