Olefied Khetha has given fans the remix they kept asking for, tapping Big Zulu for “iStep Father (Remix)”.
The updated version of the track arrives through Africa’s music corridors under Africori, with Sony Music Entertainment Africa also attached to the official audio. Big Zulu steps in with a commanding rap verse, but Olefied Khetha’s original performance stays at the centre of the record.
Khetha is a South African artist steadily building a name for himself. His catalogue includes Unyaka Omusha EP, plus singles like Shona Malanga and My Dali. He has also worked with MusiholiQ and ANTIfucciboiz, so he is no stranger to sharing a booth.
Big Zulu hardly needs an introduction. The rapper’s presence pulls the song toward hip-hop, while the melody keeps its original shape. Nothing gets buried here, and each voice gets room to breathe.
