Uncool MC keeps pulling at the threads of his catalogue, and now “Baba Wethu” opens his debut EP, Sesikude. The record brings Luthando Mbambo and MsFit_RSA along for a spiritual, reflective ride.
MsFit_RSA handles production and vocals, while Luthando Mbambo carries the main vocal presence. Because both sit inside the arrangement, the sound moves between soft passages and deeper Amapiano weight.
Smooth chords and atmospheric textures set the tone. Then heavier log drums arrive and give the song more movement without breaking its mood. That Private School Amapiano build feels deliberate, yet it still breathes.
Uncool MC comes from Soweto and built his name through hosting before moving into studio work. He has already appeared alongside DJ Maphorisa, Tman Xpress, Mellow & Sleazy, Madumane, and Moonchild Sanelly. After that run, opening a debut EP with something reflective makes sense.
