South African producer Stixx and vocalists Babalwa M and Sia Mzizi link up on a fresh record called “Saba”.

The track is the eighth of twenty songs on Stixx’s studio album Destiny, and it runs seven minutes and forty-one seconds. Stixx built the production around his signature deep lounge sound, so the arrangement stays warm while the vocals carry the weight. Babalwa M brings her recognisable soulful delivery and jazzy harmonies. Sia Mzizi, meanwhile, adds smooth vocals that sit well against the instrumental layers.

What makes the song interesting is how the two voices share space. Each singer brings something distinct, yet the record keeps its direction. Such restraint is rare on a long Amapiano cut, because extended runtimes often lose shape. Here, the producer gives the song room to unfold without crowding it.

“Saba” also fits neatly into a wider wave of soulful, vocal-led Amapiano coming out of South Africa. The genre keeps moving away from pure club tools toward proper songs with real singing at the centre. Stixx leans into that shift on this album, and the result sounds unhurried.
