He wrote it himself under his real name, John Saviours Udomboso, and the composer credit backs that up. There is no guest verse and no big-name producer grab here, because the record does not need one.
That solo approach makes sense given his background. He built his name behind the boards first, signed to YBNL as a producer before stepping forward as an artist. So the instincts are different. He hears space in a beat where others hear room to fill.
Dear London lets him stretch across moods, and this track is one of the softer stops on it. He does not overcrowd the melody either, which is why it holds up on repeat.
