Khalil Harrison keeps his Amapiano run rolling with “Vibe Yama 2K,” a fast-paced Bacardi-style cut built for the street. The track lands on his four-track Weeknd EP, which arrived on October 8, 2026.
It runs six minutes and fifty-six seconds. Bouncing log drums carry the rhythm while street-party chants push the energy higher. Harrison teased the song on social media while touring in Osaka, Japan, before its wider release.
The title also circulates as “Vibe Yama 2000.” Both names point to the same record. The EP opens with “Vibe Yama 2K” and also holds “Kumnandi,” featuring DBN Gogo, Ceeka RSA and Tyler ICU.
Harrison hails from Nquthu in KwaZulu-Natal. He has already worked with Tyler ICU, DJ Exit and Scotts Maphuma. A joint album with LeeMckrazy is also on the way, so his schedule stays busy.
Here, he leans fully into the energetic side of the genre. The chants give it a live feel. The log drums never sit still. It suits a packed venue more than a quiet room.
